The USPS Integrated Technology Incentive offers a 3% postage discount for First-Class Mail®, USPS Marketing Mail®, and Nonprofit USPS Marketing Mail when you incorporate cutting-edge technologies. Eligible innovations include QR codes that link to online shopping or online donation pages, the use of AI to generate copy or imagery on the mailpiece, Video in Print, integrations with Augmented Reality, Voice Assistants, and Near Field Communication chips. It's a great opportunity to enhance customer engagement and take advantage of the latest tech—all while reducing your mailing costs.

Registration is now open for the 2025 USPS Integrated Technology promotion, which runs from January 1 to December 31, 2025. You can choose your start date anytime during the year, and you can take advantage of the savings for 6 consecutive months after the start date.
Tactile, Sensory, Interactive
Overview
The Tactile, Sensory, & Interactive (TSI) Promotion provides a 4% postage discount if mailers choose to excite their customers’ senses by incorporating innovative techniques into their First-Class Mail®, USPS Marketing Mail®, and Nonprofit Marketing Mail. Anything that creates a multi-sensory experience through special visual effects, sound, scent, texture, and even taste qualifies. For example, unique stocks like soft touch, leather, crinkle, and specialty inks like metallics, UV inks, and other finishings. Features like pop-ups, infinite folds, and other dimensional treatments encourage interaction and drive customer engagement.

Registration is now open for the 2025 USPS Tactile, Sensory, Interactive promotion, which begins February 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025.
Continuous Contact
Overview
Marketing that's right on time. Plan marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints to adopt a more targeted approach that drives customer behavior. Through this promotion, participants receive a 3% postage discount for sending follow-up mailings that repeatedly deliver qualifying USPS Marketing Mail® letters and flats to the same address. These repeated mailings must complement or build upon (but not duplicate) the initial mailing. The result is an ongoing, targeted conversation with the recipient and the potential to increase conversion rates. No postage discount for the initial mailing, but the 3% postage rate discount is available on all subsequent USPS Marketing Mail® and Nonprofit Marketing mail sent in the series.

Reply Mail IMbA
Overview
By adopting Intelligent Mail® barcode Accounting (IMbA®), Qualified Business Reply Mail™ (QBRM™), and High Volume QBRM™, customers can improve visibility while delivering easier payment methods and faster delivery speeds. Usage can qualify for a 3% postage discount for static barcodes or a 6% postage discount for serialized barcodes on First-Class Mail® Single-piece Qualified Business Reply Mail™ letters and cards, First-Class Mail® Single-piece High Volume Qualified Business Reply Mail™ letters and cards.
3% discount on the reply mail - Use of static barcodes which do not contain a unique identifier embedded within the barcode. Their serial number field typically will read 000000 or have the same number for each piece.
6% discount on the reply mail - Use of serialized barcodes which contain a unique identifier embedded within the barcode. The serial number field typically will go up sequentially and each piece will have a unique serial number.

Registration begins May 15, 2025, and the promotion is available from July 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
First Class Advertising Mail

Promotional Add-Ons
New for 2025, USPS Mailing Promotions now include Add-Ons that boost your promotion discount while enhancing mail’s effectiveness and ROI. The available Add-Ons—Informed Delivery and Sustainability—can be paired with eligible mailpieces to increase your discount percentage. Add-Ons must be combined with a Promotion and cannot be used alone, but mailers can claim up to two Add-Ons per campaign. While most Promotions are eligible for these enhancements, Reply Mail IMbA does not qualify. This new feature is a great way to amplify your mailing's impact and savings.
Informed Delivery
Enhance your marketing with USPS’ omnichannel feature to give your mailpiece a digital element.
Through Informed Delivery®, business mailers can conduct a marketing campaign that reaches their target audience via email. Think full-color, clickable images in an email message with a 64% open rate. These messages can take users directly to the target URL of your choice, straight from their inbox to action.

URL - A live URL embedded in the Ride-Along that correlates with your campaign.
The target URL must be live and functioning, directing users to the appropriate webpage.
Sustainability
Enhance your campaigns with environmentally conscious materials by demonstrating the paper used in the mailing came from a certifiable, responsible source.
