  • Your data provider should be able to include the “Property Value”. You would create an additional column within the file named <Check Value>. This field would be formatted and populated based on whatever formula you input and want printed on the mail piece. Contact us. Our team is here to help!

  • This is a free service we offer where we provide electronic returns weekly, instead of providing physical mail returns after each mailing. Once the service is established, you will receive a weekly automated e-mail, which will include “ACS Movers” and “ACS undeliverables” reports.

For ACS Mover reports, you will receive address records that our NCOA process may not have filtered out or picked up for several reasons. This report provides the name(s) of the old addresses and newly updated addresses that the person is associated with. These records have NOT been forwarded to the updated address by the USPS. These are records that will need to be updated within your data for future mailings.

For ACS Undeliverable reports, you will receive address records that were not delivered for reasons other than a move. This report will provide a deliverability code column, which will contain the reason for non-delivery from the USPS. You will want to skip trace these records to try and determine why they were unable to be delivered and update your data files for future campaigns.

  • “De-dupe” is a free service that will save you money, by removing any “duplicate” records that may be within your data file(s). An example is “Name1+MailAdd” = This would remove any records that have the same name 1 and mailing address/city/state/zip. Our system would keep only 1 instance for this person and only send out one mailing versus sending multiple mailings to the same person and wasting yur marketing budget.

  • Normally, we set up campaigns based on a 1-month drop schedule (4-5 weeks). In that timeframe, you will most likely have removals, changes, updated data sources, etc. So it’s best not to try and provide campaigns for multiple months at a time.

  • Ideally, we look for a minimum of 1 week lead time on all campaigns. We provide live digital proofs along with the job’s details and mail drop schedules for every job. This information is what you will approve. The best practice to ensure you have complete coverages of mailers out each week, is to utilize the mail drop schedule provided with your proofs. Take the date of the last mail drop and provide us with your next order by that date.

  • Absolutely! As long as both creatives are the same type of mailing & size, for example, both 4x6 postcards. You will need to provide us with a <creative> column within your data file OR provide specific instructions on how you’d like the file split for each creative.

We cannot split-test between different types of mailers, for example a postcard and a letter. These will be treated as two (2) separate orders. Pricing will be based on the quantity for each campaign individually.
